    Leddy Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst for a medical facility in Lebanon, NH.

    Responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst include:

    • Conduct job analysis to classify jobs and establish job descriptions. 
    • Oversees maintenance of job description data base to include job description updates. 
    • Evaluates market trend lines for job utilizing salary surveys and studies labor markets to determine compensation trends. 
    • Establishes equitable salary rates and ranges within organization through comparing market and peer organizations. 
    • Assist in reviewing compensation policies and practices to ensure consistency with operational needs and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. 
    • Provide training to leaders within facility regarding compliance and consistency throughout organization. 
    • Prepares and presents to HR management analysis reports concerning compensation issues. 
    • Performs other duties as assigned. 

    Qualifications for the Compensation Analyst Include:

    • Bachelor's Degree in human resources or business administration or significant related experience with 8 years of compensation experience required. 
    • Must exhibit thorough knowledge of compensation theory, techniques, and applicable laws which govern the function. 
    • Proven written, verbal and communication skills required. 
    • Must be able to think creatively, analytically and be detail oriented. 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
