    Ledyard National Bank is seeking an experienced individual to join our Wealth Management team. With the support of the Ledyard Financial Advisors and Ledyard National Bank teams, this position delivers solutions for the financial needs of affluent and future affluent individuals and of organizations.

    The Financial Advisor is the manager of the client relationship and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of quality service to each client. This position will work with clients, and their families, to develop a financial plan and coordinate appropriate team members and outside professionals to provide solutions to achieve the client’s goals and grow the relationship.

    As part of the complete ownership of the client relationship, and full service to the client, the Financial Advisor is responsible for the expansion of current relationships and the generation of new investment assets, loans and deposits. In addition, the Financial Advisor develops new relationships by networking with internal and external COIs, being involved in the community, participating on boards, and teaming with business partners within Ledyard.

    Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience in trust, law, financial services or the equivalent. The Senior Financial Advisor maintains a high level of knowledge and is committed to ongoing education and stays current with latest industry trends and legislation. The Senior Financial Advisor maintains an advanced professional degree, a CTFA, a CFP or other professional Certification.
