Membership Categories & Annual Fees

Sustaining Members $1,500 (minimum) Sustaining Member status in the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce (HACC) is a special level of support and responsibility for the organization and the economic vitality of the region. Sustaining Members “underwrite” HACC’s operational capabilities, activities and programs to provide valuable benefits and services for its members, area residents and visitors to the region. Sustaining members are recognized for their business and community leadership, and strong sense of commitment to the HACC. Public recognition and special privileges are appropriate “returns” for the Sustaining Member level of investment in the organization. All HACC members are eligible for the Sustaining Member status.

Accommodations Members $330
Members of this unique business category receive substantial referral services from the HACC office, the Dartmouth/HACC Information Booth and through HACC’s print and web site business directories. Business brochure display racks and special posters with accommodations listings are used at the HACC locations. Additional value/benefit is derived through the Partnership for Upper Connecticut River Valley Tourism and “Upper Valley Country” marketing strategies.

Retail/Dining Members $300 (Hanover’s CBD Only)
All retail and dining related businesses in Hanover’s Central Business District are eligible for a flat annual fee, and the benefit of the HACC’s products and services, and marketing strategies geared to retail and dining in downtown Hanover.

All Other Members $255
HACC’s base fee is for all other member businesses and organizations which have full access to the HACC’s menu of products and services, but do not fall under the other membership categories.

Non-Profit Community Organization Members $150
HACC membership is an excellent way for a variety of diverse non-profit organizations to convey their missions and special services to the community and the region… especially to new residents and community leaders.

Individual Resident (Non-Business) $90
Members in this category support the overall mission of the Chamber, have access to all services and activities, and help insure a healthy and vibrant economic climate.
