MUUV: Spanish Tapas & Cazuela Cooking

A cazuela is a round shallow clay pot that can transport us to the Spanish countryside. While a simple dish of Pollo en Cazuela (Spanish Chicken Stew) bubbles away in the oven we will make tapas like garlic Mushrooms, Tortilla Espanola (Spanish Omelet), Croquetas de Jamon (Ham Croquettes) or Patatas Bravas (Bravas Potatoes) to share. A delicious and delightful evening for sure! All ingredients and supplies provide, you just need to bring yourself and a sense of adventure!
