Oktoberfest!
Oktoberfest is the world's largest volksfest (beer fest and traveling funfest). Over 6 million people travel to Munich, Germany for the annual celebration that is held from mid-to late September through the first weekend in October. Save the air-fare and join the party state-side with a celebration of German foods and of course beer! Snack on fresh pretzel bites and cheese-beer dip while you make pork schnitzel in creamy mushroom sauce with fresh spaetzle Dumplings. A green salad and a slice of Gewuerzkuchen round out this delicious and festive meal. So gents, put on your sharpest Tirolerhüte and ladies done your best dirndl, and let's feast the night away!
