Learn how to make the hurt, "hurt so good" during this interactive session with David Barlow DPT, OCS. David will cover different ways of self myofascial release such as with foam rollers or canes/balls to reduce muscle and fascia tension to improve mobility. FREE foam rollers will be given away to the first ten people to sign up and attend.
